- Access to all the race facilities i.e. hot proper showers, bike wash facility, and chill zones.
- Extensive medical support – we will provide you with extensive medical support, but you must have the right insurance cover, and you must carry the necessary documents with you.
- Full logistical support from The Courier Guy who will transport your bag from race village to race village.
GO2SEA REFUND POLICY
Folks, please have a proper read of the refund policy. At any stage you are more than welcome to find a substitute rider.
- Refunds processed up to 30 June 2026 will be refunded at 90% of entry fee.
- No refunds from 1 July 2026 – we recommend you take entry fee insurance to cover you for withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances
- To avoid any loss due to refund policy you can sell your entry to another rider for the same price you paid and do an online substitution.
- The same refund policy applies to all extras booked.
- No refunds will be made on partial payments. You need to be fully paid up to qualify for refund policy above.
WHAT YOUR ENTRY DOES NOT INCLUDE!
- Any shuttles you may need to and from airports.
- Does not include any flights to and from the event.
- Does not include any insurance or medical aid.
- Does not include shuttle to the start in Clarens or from finish.
- Does not include massages and bike mechanic service (see the Extras section for more information).
- Does not include drinks from our race village bars (all profits go to schools).
